My experience at Eurostars Sevilla Boutique was outstanding. From my arrival at the hotel, the staff really wanted me to feel welcome. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, polite and attentive and willing to help. The service level was remarkable throughout my stay, from check-in to little things in the room, to local recommendations that added to my valuable time in Seville, the staff was wonderful. It's easy to see that the staff wants to provide their guests with a memorable experience. The hotel itself is wonderfully charming, a historic hotel which is also very comfortable but it's the hospitality that is warm and genuine which is what I will remember. I would return and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Seville.

Excellent room with a great size and bathroom. People were superb in the handling of our needs. We got there Tuesday of Holy Week. Streets were closed for processions, so taxi cab driver left us as close as police permitted, but it was close to one kilometer. I called hotel and ask for help with luggage, hotel sent one staff who carried the heaviest and biggest bags all the way to the hotel. By the way, we went to Sevilla to experience the holy week and knew we could be dropped somewhat far from hotel.

Booked a premium double room which was spacious. Bed was large (6' wide), mattress was very comfortable and the linen was good. Aircon was good. Shower was good. Tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. Good hand held hair hairdryer. Location is excellent. Rooftop area had a lovely view of the cathedral. Pool was a decent size for a central city location and very welcome, and for us a main reason for booking the hotel in early September (35c during our entire stay). Staff were excellent. Quiet location even though in the centre of town. Very nice lounge area. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great central location in Sevilla close to the cathedral. Even with it's central location, most sites in the city were maximum 20 minute walk away, including the neighbourhood of Tirana over the bridge. The staff are friendly and were on hand to walk us through what was going on during Santa Semana (Holy week), as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in the city. There is a pool on the ground floor which is a good size, but unfortunately doesn't get the sun all day and was closed on Easter Monday when it would have been great to lounge by! There is also a rooftop bar with great views of the Cathedral which is open from 15:30 and a great spot to watch the sun go down. The room we had was ensuite and large with a little balcony overlooking the terrace and pool below. The hotel has a good policy of only changing towels if the guest requires, and also provides a coffee machine with pods and a fully stocked mini bar.

The location is great, with good walkable access to tourist attractions and restaurants. We stayed in a Premium Double, The room was lovely and spacious. Good bathrooms amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is great for some chill time in the sunshine away from the bustle of the streets.

Incredible location - steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar, yet quiet. Easily walk to almost all points of interest and many good restaurants. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. Best breakfast we had during our 2 week trip in Spain. Staff were exceptional in all regards, and went above and beyond whenever possible. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Seville!

The hotel could not be better positioned. A minute from the cathedral and slap bang in the old centre of the city it is easy to walk everywhere from its front door, but tucked away enough that you hear nothing of the city. It’s light and airy, the rooms are clean and comfortable. With lovely beds and bathrooms. The staff are really lovely and helpful. There is a small swimming pool that does for cooling off and a roof top bar with a great view of the cathedral. What’s not to like???

The location of the hotel is brilliant - walking distance within minutes of restaurants and main attractions. There was a very warm welcome from the staff, with drinks and sweets available in reception. The room was big, very comfortable and clean. Top Tip - cars are unable to get down the tiny street to the hotel - not a problem if you travel light, it's easy to get a taxi to drop you off at the cathedral and it's a 3 minute walk.
